WELCOME

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Professional Coach in private practice. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I work collaboratively to help you move through challenges and create desired changes. Whether your concerns pertain to relationships, parenting, crisis, life-altering situations, career, problem patterns or life transitions, I provide a safe environment to explore and make changes.

In addition to traditional therapy, I work in more specific ways. I offer:

Coaching for clients with specific goals, and a desire to create and implement a course of action.
Imago Relationship Therapy for couples, partners and parents wanting to learn better communication and conflict resolution skills.
Structured programs and workshops for:

- Couples who are engaged or newly married

- Couples or partners wanting to develop stronger communication skills

- Parents wanting to develop tools to communicate more effectively with their older children

- Those wanting to create positive change

- Those coping with grief and loss

My interest in this field is born out of a passion for helping to create positive change and transformation. I enjoy collaborating to create understanding and assist people to take action toward the life and relationships they want.

Prior to becoming a therapist and a coach, I worked as a professional fundraiser and community organizer for nearly 20 years. During that time, I helped develop and fund new and existing programs that improved people’s lives and offered assistance during difficult times. I have found, whether it’s through community organizations or working with individuals and couples, people’s ability to be resilient, creative, and change is possible with the right tools. And, even when it’s challenging, it remains very rewarding.
