INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

COUPLES THERAPY

Being in love and in a committed relationship can be both wonderful and challenging. Exploring the complexities of a long term relationship is often imperative for achieving deeper connection and happiness. Together, we will develop strategies to protect and nourish your relationship.

FAMILY THERAPY

Family dynamics can be complex and overwhelming. Many people are often involved, including: parents, adult children, adolescents, young children, grandparents, step-parents, step-children, former spouses/partners and others. 

 

Therapy may include families as a whole or individual relationships. Some issues addressed in family therapy include how to:

  • Develop effective communication skills

  • Create common goals

  • Establish family hierarchy to help implement structure

  • Implement consistent parenting

  • Address parent/child conflict

  • Solve individual problems that effect family harmony

  • Identify and address difficult developmental stages
