What can I expect from a therapy session?

Every therapy session is unique and caters to each individual/couple/family and their specific goals for the session. Each session is approximately one hour or 90 minutes for couples and families. Sometimes we will be working on specific long-range goals, while other times sessions are used for more urgent matters or specific issues.


Here are some things you can expect out of therapy:
